All New Zealand citizens require a full passport for all holidays with Wendy Wu Tours and this should be valid for at least six months after the date of your scheduled return home date. If you are not a New Zealand citizen, other regulations may apply to you and you should check with the nearest embassy of the country you intend to visit.
We will require your passport details at least 75 days prior to departure. Please note that for certain trips, we will require your passport details prior to accepting your booking. Furthermore, if you renew your passport after you have booked, it is important you advise us of the new details as soon as possible and you may be required to take your old passport with you to maintain the validity of the trip.
Most of our tours include e-visa fees or physical visa fees. We handle the entire visa application process on your behalf. Once you have booked, we will send you the visa forms and information. You complete the forms and return them to us via email together with your digital passport copy and, if required, digital Visa photos. We will then complete the processing and will include a copy of your e-visa in your final documents Wallet. We will advise you if you are required to courier us your physical passport for physical visas. In this case your passport will be returned to your by courier with your Final documents.
Wendy Wu Tours does not guarantee that you will be issued a visa for your holiday as each passenger has different personal circumstances, the decision to approve a visa is down to the relevant Embassy. Wendy Wu Tours acts as a third party with no influence on the visa decision. The relevant Embassy or Consulate has the right to request the applicant to provide additional supporting documents or to come to the Embassy or the Consulate for an interview. In the event you are asked to attend an interview, we will notify you immediately with the times and the dates. If you wish, you can organise your own visa. If so, please let us know.
