Very helpful in ensuring that everything I wanted which included an add on Cambodia elsewhere was delivered. Also certain discounts were applied that made the tour even more competitive. Both agents I have spoken to have been patient. The none refundable deposit is at a very reasonable rate . I feel they will will be well looked after.

The booking experience was ok - some confusion about confirming the booking and with the Visa processing. The estimate of how much spending money you'll need is meaningless - it doesn't breakdown what it would be for and depends on how much of a buyer of local produce you are likely to be

The holiday included an eclectic mix of activities - all of which were expertly covered by a good friendly tour guide. Hotel accommodation was of a high standard. Time was set aside for leisure. Organisation was first class.

The Vietnam part of the Tour was first class with an excellent Tour Guide and Manager who was a constant source of interesting information about the sites we visited.
The Cambodia Tour manager was very efficient on logistics and safety, but he did not make much of an attempt to guide us round the sites (not even Angkor Wat) preferring to give us a quick summary on the bus, and then let us wander around on our own with a time deadline to get back to the bus. I felt seriously under-informed. Very disappointing.

That morning in the post, i had received a flyer from Wendy Wu featuring reductions on Single Supplements. There was a trip I had been considering to Vietnam and Cambodia but had not made any firm choice of company. It seemed a good opportunity to progress this idea. Later that morning I telephoned WW and very quickly got through to an agent. He was able to confirm that there was a trip available in the period I wanted and did have 50% off the single supplement. He was also very pleasant to deal with. I had not research the WW brochure or web site in advance because I have traveled with them twice before, India and Japan, and these had both been in my list of top three holidays. Without further hesitation I booked the trip I wanted, all within a 15 minute phone call.
What more could they have done to further enhance their service, sense 5 Stars.

This is my 3rd Wendywu holiday & probably the best yet. Great itinerary, good group of travellers with excellent guides in both cambodia & vietnam.. Good hotels, plentiful food, busy schedule., opportunities to see local shows & purchase crafts from local craftspeople.

We had a wonderful holiday. Our tour guide in Cambodia, Sokhoeun, was wonderful, and helped us individually beyond what was expected. His explanations of the country's history was deeper than we thought possible. He was very polite, in every way, and just completed a wonderful holiday experience.

A fabulous holiday, and a great introduction to Cambodia and Vietnam. There were a few niggles, aren’t there always?

The good things:

The guides were knowledgable, friendly and efficient.
The hotels were splendid, large air conditioned rooms, with decent showers, and even a bath in one.
The itinerary was very extensive, and although it did some things I wasn’t interested in, it made up for it by going to places that were fabulous, that wouldn’t have occurred to me .
The group was a really good size, there were 17 of us.

The niggles:
The food, while always being of excellent quality was generally all very similar, which became boring. There were a few western meals, but I would rather have had a more varied Vietnamese diet. I am not vegetarian, but I don’t eat much meat, and having it twice a day for the whole holiday got pretty disheartening.

The visit to the museum in Phnom Penh was really emotive. The itinerary suggested we would be allowed to do this at our own pace, but instead we had a guide that wanted to forcefeed us information. I would have much rather been given an audio guide, which was available, and left to my own devices.

All in all a tremendous experience I would recommend to anyone.

I thought this was a fantastic experience. A holiday full of different activities which made it interesting and fun. The guides were great in Cambodia and Vietnam and we got a real taste of all both countries had to offer. So many highlights and very few lows. Really loved it

Wendy Wu exceeded expectations again.
National Guide and Driver were excellent.
Programme was as expected with not too much and not too little.
Overall excellent.

The whole thing was great.

Overall we thought it was excellent, making more clear about currency, Vietnam prefer there own money, but Cambodia prefer dollars but give change in their own currency. On the group everyone came with different information all from Wendy wu
