Tour guide was amazing. Very knowledgeable and couldn't do enough to help.

Product :

Good itinerary although some long drives on poor roads to see very little. Sihanoukville is a building site and lots of noise by the hotel so not the relaxing beautiful beach day expected although I appreciate Wendy wu have no control over this

Was disappointed that there was not any excursions offered by local tour guides on behalf of Wendy Wu at each destination and had to arrange locally with 'others'
Very disappointed that we had no information on departure arrangements from Sihanoukville to Phnom Pen until we made phone calls (chargeable) to try and find out what was happening and arrange departure time. We did eventually receive a phone call at 2000Hrs the night before but if we had not already made arrangements and gone out at that time we still would have been unaware what was happening.
On three legs of our flights we were initally told that we were seated apart (even on 13 hour flight from Hong Kong) and we would have thought that as with other airlines/travel companies seating arrangements for a booking we would be seated together.

Product :

Very enjoyable, so glad we added extra days to each of our destinations so we could spend more time to explore and relax. Glad we stayed the whole time in Cambodia to understand the culture more and to get to know the people and history of the country.
